Terms and Conditions
When scheduling or paying for a service or program with Soul Star Energy Collective you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions
Allison Wright and Amanda (Mandy) Morton are soul owners and partners at Soul Star Energy Collective.
All terms and conditions apply to Allison and Mandy as individuals under Soul Star Energy Collective
All terms and conditions apply to any employees hired or subcontracted in the future under Soul Star Energy Collective
We reserve the right to revise and update the terms and conditions at our discretion and any changes will be in effect immediately.
You are solely responsible for checking and understanding the terms and conditions before any purchased service or program
Service refers to any Readings and/or Healings offered under the Soul Star Energy Collective umbrella
Program refers to all courses/programs taught under the Soul Star Energy Collective umbrella including but not limited to Intuition 101, Soul Star Intuitive, Akashic Records, Soul Star Healer, Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2 and Reiki Masters.
All services and programs are for entertainment purposes only
In order to book a service or program you are 18 years of age or older
No service provided by Soul Star Energy Collective is not intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, business, therapy and/or counseling, psychological.
Soul Star Energy Collective will not accept or take responsibility for any actions or decisions a client chooses to take or make based on any service or participation in a program. This includes anything related to any social media platform including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube videos, blog posts, workshops or the website.
Harassment - clients understand and agree that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Soul Star Energy Collective is unacceptable and will be ground for services to be terminated without refund immediately.
You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Soul Star Energy Collective and their relatives, heirs, employees, subcontractors, agents or assignees from any and all perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply and you understand and agree that you will not publish, share, display, distribute and/or archive any materials including but not limited to video content, photo’s, content, course material without permission from Soul Star Energy Collective. Exemptions are made for any content created and shared on Soul Star Energy Collective social media platforms only.

You understand and agree that you have had the chance and have taken the time to ask any and all questions regarding the Terms and Conditions as well as the cancellation/refund policy. You fully understand and of your own free will you choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.
Readings
By booking a Reading with Soul Star Energy Collective you agree to the following terms and conditions
Soul Star Energy Collective prides itself on honesty and integrity and while Soul Star Energy Collective conducts each reading and teaching session to the best of their ability, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed and you may not hear what you were expecting
You understand and agree that a reading is meant solely to provide guidance and clarity and not meant to make any decisions for you. Soul Star Energy Collective will not tell you what to do in any situation.
Soul Star Energy Collective will not agree or take responsibility for any actions you make based on insight received in a reading session and it does not work out as you expected.
You understand and agree that you have free will and you are solely responsible for your own actions and decisions at any point after a reading
You understand and agree that a reading is based on the energy that is currently around you and the path that you are currently on and as you shift and change the insight received may also shift and change as time moves forward
You understand that Soul Star Energy Collective is simply sharing what they received to the best of their ability and that you may interpret the message differently based on what you know to be experiencing in your life at that said moment in time.
You understand and agree that what you are meant to receive will be shared and that Soul Star Energy Collective will not receive insight into anything you are not meant to know at this time
You understand and agree that you may not hear or receive what you were wanting and that if clarity is not provided it is because you are not meant to receive it in this moment
Programs
By registering for any program with Soul Star Energy Collective you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
You understand and agree that you will not share access to any Soul Star Energy Collective programs or course materials to anyone and if it is discovered that you are in violation of this term you will be subject to immediate dismissal from the program without refund or notice.
You understand and agree that results for each program is individual and each student will complete the programs having different experiences and results
You understand and agree that Soul Star Energy Collective cannot guarantee any results of a program and that it is completely reliant on your ability to practice, show up and receive what is being taught
You understand and agree that you will not hold Soul Star Energy Collective responsible if you are not satisfied with your results after or during a program
You have read and understand the Cancellation/Refund Policy
You understand and agree that Soul Star Energy Collective reserves the right to add material or lessons to any program immediately and that you may miss these lessons if you have completed the program.
You understand and agree that you will have full access to this program for the duration that it lives on teachable and/or youtube and that you may access any extra material added after you have completed the program
You understand and agree that moving through the programs under Soul Star Energy Collective will create opportunities to do some energetic healing and deep inner work and that it may result in uncomfortable feelings or realizations.
You understand and agree that if you are moving through a difficult time while completing programs with Soul Star Energy Collective you will seek professional help and advice as needed.
Energetic Healings
By booking an energetic healing with Soul Star Energy Collective you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
You understand and agree that the term energetic healing or healing session refers to the Soul Star Distance Healing, the in person healing session and any energy healing session added in the future
You understand and agree that receiving an energetic healing will shift your energy and may result in uncomfortable feelings, physical purges or pain and that this is a normal response after a healing session
You understand and agree that if you experience an uncomfortable experience after receiving a healing session that it is simply because the energy has shifted and you are releasing it.
You understand and agree that one healing session may not resolve your issue and that multiple sessions may help
You understand and agree that a healing session will not cure any physical ailments or diseases however it is meant to support the healing process
You understand and agree that a healing session is not intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, business, therapy and/or counseling, psychological.
You understand and agree that Soul Star Energy Collective cannot be held liable or responsible for medical emergencies after receiving a healing session including but not limited to heart attack, stroke, aneurysm, blood clots, respiratory issues or anything relating to the heart, circulation, blood pressure or lungs.
You understand and agree that a healing session will be different each time you receive one and that it will be different for each individual.
You understand and agree that the results of a healing session will vary
You understand and agree that the healing energy will be channeled to where it is needed most and that Soul Star Energy Collective will not control where to focus this energy.
