I have really enjoyed this class with Allison and Mandy! I have always been a spiritual person, and this course really helped me expand more into what and how it all works! I learned more about our soul's journey which is something that I found quite interesting. It introduced me to meditating and now I look forward to the times I make for myself to do it and all the experiences that come with it. It has helped me feel more in tune and at peace with where I am at and where I am going. I feel more aware of my intuition... where as before I would almost talk down to it or brush it off, now I actually catch it and LISTEN to it! It is quite amazing actually!
